  • 1 (8 oz.) Ronco rotini, uncooked
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes, broken up (undrained)
  • 1 Tbsp. beef bouillon
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 c. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. supreme shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

Directions

    Prepare rotini according to package directions; drain.

    In a large skillet, cook beef, pepper and onion for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring until browned.

    Drain fat.

    Add tomatoes, bouillon, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.

    Simmer 5 minutes.

    Remove from heat; stir in milk, Ricotta cheese, 1 cup Cheddar cheese and rotini.

    Pour into a 2 1/2-quart baking dish.

    Top with remaining Cheddar cheese.

    Bake, covered, in a 350° oven for 30 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers.
