- 1 (8 oz.) Ronco rotini, uncooked
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes, broken up (undrained)
- 1 Tbsp. beef bouillon
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 c. supreme shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
Directions

1Prepare rotini according to package directions; drain.

2In a large skillet, cook beef, pepper and onion for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring until browned.

3Drain fat.

4Add tomatoes, bouillon, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.

5Simmer 5 minutes.

6Remove from heat; stir in milk, Ricotta cheese, 1 cup Cheddar cheese and rotini.

7Pour into a 2 1/2-quart baking dish.

8Top with remaining Cheddar cheese.

9Bake, covered, in a 350° oven for 30 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers.
