- 1 lb extra lean ground turkey breast
- 1/4 cup steel cut oatmeal
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes
- 3/4 medium yellow onion
- 1 large egg
- 3 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp tobasco sauce

33. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.

44. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat lightly with an olive oil cooking spray.
