Cheesy Shell Lasagne..........mmm!!!

  • 1 12 lbs ground beef
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 14 12 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 14 ounces spaghetti sauce
  • 4 ounces mushroom pieces
  • 8 ounces small shell pasta
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 8 ounces provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

    In a non stick skillet cook the beef, onion, and garlic until no pink remains in the beef.

    Drain stir in the tomatoes,meatless spaghetti sauce and undrained mushrooms.

    Bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.

    Meanwhile cook pasta according to pkg directions.

    Drain.

    Place half of the pasta in an ungreased 13X9 dish.Top with half of the meat sauce, sour cream and provolene cheese.

    Repeat the layers.

    Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

    Cover and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.

    Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer or until the cheexe begins to brown.

    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

    Serve with garlic bread and a nice salad.
