Cheesy Smashed Potatoes with Ham

  • 4-1/2 lb. red potatoes, cut into large chunks King Sooper's 5 lb For $1.88 thru 02/09
  • 1 container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S FREE or KNUDSEN Fat Free Sour Cream
  • 3/4 lb. (12 oz.) 2% Milk VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Baked Cooked Ham, chopped
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

    Heat oven to 350F.

    Cook potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 15 to 20 min.

    or until tender; drain.

    Place potatoes in large bowl.

    Add sour cream and VELVEETA; mash with potato masher.
