- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 lb. spaghetti, cooked
- 32 oz. spaghetti sauce
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 c. evaporated milk
Directions

1Brown beef and onion; drain.

2Add spaghetti and sauce.

3Melt butter.

4Stir in flour.

5Add milk.

6Make a gravy.

7Add cheese; stir until melted.

8Put 1/2 of spaghetti mixture in casserole. Add all cheese sauce.

9Top with rest of spaghetti mixture.

10Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
