- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 30 oz. Prego spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
- 8 oz. spaghetti noodles
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. canned evaporated milk
- 1/3 c. water
Directions

1Brown ground beef and chopped onion in skillet.

2Drain off fat.

3Add spaghetti sauce.

4Simmer 10 minutes.

5Break spaghetti in quarters and cook according to directions.

6Rinse and drain.

7Mix cooked spaghetti and sauce.

8Melt margarine in saucepan.

9Stir in flour and salt.

10Add evaporated milk and water.

11Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
