  • 1 (15 oz.) can spinach
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 c. cubed, firm white bread
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
