  • 1 small can mushrooms, diced and drained
  • 1 small diced onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 logs Kraft garlic cheese spread
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 (6 to 8 count) can artichoke hearts, diced and drained
  • 1 box frozen chopped spinach, well drained

    Saute mushrooms and onion in 2 tablespoons butter. Add artichokes, soup and cheese. Heat on medium until mostly melted together. Add spinach and heat through. Best if served warm with tortilla chips.
