- 3 qt. tomatoes, chopped
- 2 c. onions, chopped
- 1 c. green peppers, chopped
- 3 c. celery, chopped
- 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1/4 c. salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white vinegar
Directions

1Mix the first 6 ingredients and refrigerate overnight.

2Drain veggies. Do not press veggies.

3Add the sugar, brown sugar and white vinegar.

4Cook until thick (45 minutes).

5Stir often, especially the last 15 or 20 minutes.
