  • 1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
  • 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup Cracker Barrel Finely Shredded 100% Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 20 jumbo pasta shells, cooked
  • 1 jar (650 ml Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
  • 1 large tomato, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09

    Heat oven to 400F.

    Mix cottage cheese, spinach, 1/2 cup mozzarella, Parmesan and seasoning until blended; spoon into pasta shells, adding about 1 Tbsp.

    Combine pasta sauce and tomatoes; spread half onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
