  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar

    Lightly toast pecans in oven.

    Combine vanilla, cinnamon, salt, sugar and water in saucepan.

    Bring to a boil without stirring to soft ball stage.

    Add pecans.

    Stir until pecans are coated.

    Spread on waxed paper.
