Cheesy Vegetable Soup

- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 c. corn
- 1/4 c. shredded cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of potato soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1 oz. Provolone cheese
- 1 Tbsp. oleo
- 1/2 c. broccoli
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar
Directions

1In medium pan, cook onion in oleo until tender.

2Add corn, broccoli, carrots and water.

3Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes, until vegetables are tender.

4Stir in soup, milk, cheeses and dash of pepper.

5Cook and stir over medium heat until cheeses are melted.
