  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 c. cubed firm white bread
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onion
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

    Drain spinach, squeezing out excess liquid.

    Combine all ingredients and pour into 1-quart baking dish.

    Cover and bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
