  • 2 large whole wheat pita bread loaves
  • 1 c. low sodium spaghetti sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Split each pita loaf into 2 rounds. Toast lightly in oven.

    Spray a nonstick cooking sheet with Pam. Place the 4 pita rounds on cookie sheet.

    Spread each with 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce, 1/2 tablespoon onion and 1 tablespoon cheese. Bake for 4 to 6 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

    Cut each round into quarters and serve immediately.
