- 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
- 1 whole Red Chili Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 bunch Fresh Coriander

11. Grind the garlic, cumin, saffron, olive oil, juice of 1 lemon, chilli pepper and salt to a fine paste in a mortar and pestle. You can also do this in a food processor.
