  • 1 lb cranberries
  • 6 large apples
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup sugar substitute (Splenda)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 (6 ounce) package sugar-free jello (Raspberry or Strawberry)

Directions

    Dissolve jello in boiling water and add pineapple and let stand.

    In food processor grind cranberries and apples.

    Mix cranberry apple mixture with jello and sugar.

    Refrigerate at least one hour.

    Tastes even better the next day.
