- 3 Tbsp. red currant jelly
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. Kirsch, heated
- 2 c. canned tart cherries, well drained
- 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
Directions

1Melt jelly in frypan.

2Add butter; stir until melted and hot. Add cherries and heat through.

3Pour Kirsch over cherries.

4Ignite with long match.

5Let burn until flame dies.

6Spoon hot cherries over ice cream and serve.
