  • 4 or 5 c. peeled, cored and sliced apples (either fresh or frozen)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca (more if apples are juicy)
  • 1 yellow or white cake mix
