- 1 cup Almond Milk (or Cow, Soy, Cashew, Etc)
- 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 whole Medium Beet, Peeled And Cut Into Chunks
- 1/2 cups Frozen Tart Cherries
- 1/2 whole Frozen Banana, Sliced
- 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
- 1 cup Greens (spinach, Kale, Beet Greens, Etc)
Directions

1Add everything into a blender and blend until smooth. Top with extra cherries and chia seeds. Enjoy!

2Note: The almond butter can be replaced with any nut butter, 1/4 cup of whole nuts, a scoop of protein powder, or 1/2 cup Greek yogurt.
