Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin
- 1 1/4 c. ice cubes
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

2Add ice cubes and stir until gelatin thickens.

3Remove any unmelted ice.

4Break up cranberry sauce with a fork.

5Stir into gelatin.

6Fold in sour cream until it is marbled into gelatin mixture.

7Pour into a 6-cup oiled mold.

8(I use Pam spray.)

9Chill for at least 4 hours. Unmold on bed of endive and serve.
