  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • foil mini muffin cups
  • 35 to 40 Keebler vanilla wafers
  • 1 small can cherry pie filling

Directions

    Cream together cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla.

    Place 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of each muffin cup.

    Spoon 1 teaspoon mixture in each muffin cup.

    Bake at 350° for 10 minutes; cool. Top with cherry pie filling.

    These freeze well.

    Defrost and top with filling.

    Can use blueberry pie filling. Yields 35 to 40 cheese cakes.
