  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Beat mixture until fluffy.

    Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of a cupcake liner.

    Fill 2/3 full of cream cheese mixture. Bake at 375° for about 15 to 20 minutes until mixture is set. Let cool.

    Top with cherry pie filling.
