- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 9 oz smooth ricotta cheese
- 8 None store-bought crepes
- 1 1/4 cups black cherry jam
- 4 oz frozen pitted cherries, thawed
Directions

1Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla to firm peaks. Fold into ricotta.

2Place 1 crepe on a serving plate. Spread 1 tbsp jam over crepe then top with 1/3 cup ricotta cream. Repeat layering with remaining crepes, jam and ricotta cream, ending with ricotta mixture. Top with cherries.
