  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 1/2 c. vanilla wafers

Directions

    In large bowl mix Eagle Brand milk and lemon juice.

    To this mixture add cherry pie filling and nuts.

    In separate bowl whip the whipping cream until light and fluffy. Fold the whip cream into the other mixture.

    Put 1 cup of vanilla wafer crumbs in a oblong bowl.

    Glass works well.

    Pour mixture over the vanilla wafer crumbs and top with more crumbs.

    Chill and serve.
