- 6 egg whites, frothy
- 3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. walnuts
- 42 crackers (1 sleeve)
- 1 large Cool Whip
- 2 cans cherries
Directions

1Beat egg whites until frothy.

2Add cream of tartar and vanilla; beat well.

3Add sugar, walnuts and crackers; mix well. Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan to make crust.

4Bake 25 minutes at 350°; cool down.

5Spread large Cool Whip on top of crust and top with cherries.

6Keep cool until serving.
