- 30 vanilla wafers
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Directions

1Mix cream cheese, vanilla, eggs and sugar together on high speed.

2Place wafer in bottom of 2-inch paper cup in muffin pan. Fill cups 3/4 full of mixture.

3Cook at 375° for 15 minutes, until tops are smooth and dry looking.

4Let cool completely, then place 1 teaspoon of cherry mixture on top.

5Refrigerate until served. More excellent party food!
