- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (20 oz.) can cherry pie filling
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 sticks butter
Directions

1Place pineapple (don't drain) in oblong baking dish.

2Place cherry pie filling on top of pineapple.

3Pour dry cake mix evenly over mixture.

4Slice pieces of butter and cover cake.

5Mix well. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.

6Check occasionally when baking.

7If dry spots in cake mix appear, use extra butter in these spots.
