- 1 box white cake mix
- 2 sticks butter
- chopped nuts (optional)

1Pour cherry pie filling in 9 x 13 dish. Pour cake mix evenly over pie filling. Slice butter into several pieces and place all over top. (Optional: Nuts can be sprinkled on top, if desired.) Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until top is golden brown.
