  • 1 1/2 c. combined pineapple juice and water
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry jello
  • 2 (No. 2) cans cherry pie filling
  • 1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • whipping cream or Cool Whip (optional)

Directions

    Heat pineapple juice and water to boiling.

    Add jello and stir to dissolve.

    Cool gelatin mixture until slightly thickened.
  4. 4
    Beat until fluffy.

    Fold in pie filling, pineapple and marshmallows. Pour into mold and chill until firm.

    May garnish with swirl or whipped cream or Cool Whip.

    Yields 12 servings.
