- 1 pkg. white cake mix
- 1 pkg. (3-oz) cherry jello
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2/3 c. oil
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 #2 can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Drain pineapple and save juice.

3Combine all ingredients except juice and mix well.

4Pour mixture into a greased 10 x 14 x 2 inch pan and bake for 45 minutes.

5While still hot, prick cake with fork and pour pineapple juice over the top.
