  • 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
  • 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 tsp. margarine (to grease pan)
  • 1 graham cracker square (2-inch) crushed
  • 5 c. frozen cherries
  • 1 pkg. (1 gram) Equal sweetener

    Combine water and gelatin in a 1-quart saucepan. Heat until gelatin dissolves.

    Stir lemon extract, lemon peel and Equal into gelatin mixture.
