  • 3 c. buttermilk baking mix
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

    Combine baking mix, sugar, nutmeg and salt.

    Stir in pie filling, milk, egg, melted butter and vanilla.

    Mix well.

    Fold in pecans.

    Pour into a greased 9-inch loaf pan.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
