  • 1 lb. candied cherries
  • 4 c. shelled nuts
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 lb. candied pineapple
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Mix fruit and nuts.

    Beat eggs and add all dry ingredients. Mix together and bake in loaf pan, greased and lined with paper, for 1 hour at 275°.
