  • 2 (16 oz. each) jars mild cherry peppers, drained
  • 2 oz. thinly sliced Proscuitto
  • 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained

Directions

    Slice off and discard stems from the cherry peppers.

    With a small spoon, scoop out and discard seeds.

    Cut the Prosciutto into 1 to 2-inch squares.

    Cut each pineapple chunk in half and wrap in Prosciutto.

    Stuff into a pepper.
