- 9-inch frozen shell
- 1 (1 lb.) can filling
- 4 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Thaw shell 10 minutes.

2Prick bottom and sides with fork.

3Put 1/2 of pie filling over the crust.

4Bake for 15 minutes at 425°, until crust is brown.

5Beat cream cheese, vanilla, eggs and sugar until smooth; pour over hot filling.

6Put into reduced oven (350°) for 25 minutes.

7Cool completely on wire rack.

8After it's cooled, pour remaining pie filling on top.

9Put some sour cream or whipped cream around the edge.
