- 1 1/2 c. Crisco
- 6 eggs
- 3 3/4 c. plain flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 (6 oz.) jar maraschino cherries
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
- 1/2 stick margarine, softened
- 2 c. confectioners sugar

Directions

1Mix sugar and Crisco.

2Add eggs, one at a time.

3Add flour and milk alternately. Add vanilla, 1/2 cup chopped nuts and the 1/2 jar cherries.

4Bake 2 hours at 275° in preheated oven.
