  • 2 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. milk
  • 3 c. flour
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 to 4 c. sour cherries (2 cans)

Directions

    Beat eggs, butter, sugar, milk, flour, baking powder and salt for about 1 minute.

    Pour into greased 9 x 12-inch baking pan. Add sour cherries to top.

    Sprinkle with sugar; dab with butter. Bake at 350° until golden brown, 45 to 50 minutes.
