- 1 c. margarine
- 3 c. flour
- 2/3 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. maraschino cherries
- 1/2 c. nuts
Directions

1Combine ingredients in a bowl and add just enough cherry juice to mix and form into rolls of dough.

2Wrap rolls of dough in wax paper and chill overnight.

3Slice each roll into slices 1/4-inch thick.

4Place slices on ungreased cookie sheet.

5Bake in a 350° oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly brown.

6For an extra touch, roll the dough in nuts or in red sugar before chilling.
