  • 1/2 lb. margarine or Fluffo
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 can cherry pie filling (other ingredients may be used also)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except filling.

    Spread 3/4 of batter on greased 12 x 18-inch pan.

    Cover with pie filling and dab remaining dough over filling and sort of pull together with spoon or spatula (filling will not be completely covered).

    Bake in 375° oven for approximately 30 minutes.
