- 16 graham crackers
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar (I prefer 1/3 c.)
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Directions

1Crush crackers; add melted butter and sugar.

2Put in baking dish or pie pan; press firmly.

3Beat soft cream cheese with mixer. Add 1/2 cup sugar gradually.

4Then add eggs and beat at high speed until smooth.

5Pour over cracker crust.

6Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.

7Remove and cool.
-
8When cool, add pie filling.

9Chill 3 hours or overnight.
