- 12 cup margarine or 12 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 12 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 (15 ounce) can cherries, drained
- 12 cup angel flake coconut
- 12 cup dried cranberries
- 12 cup sliced almonds
- top with whipped cream
Directions

1Crust: Have the margarine at room temperature.

2Mix flour, margarine and sugar together.

4Bake at 350F for 10 to 15 minutes until light brown.

5Filling: Sift dry ingredients once.

6Beat eggs; add dry ingredients, then cherries, coconut, cranberries and almonds.

8Bake 45 minutes at 350F.
