  • 3 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. heavy cream (whipping)
  • 1/3 tsp. salt

    Do not preheat oven!

    Cream the butter and sugar.

    Add eggs, one at a time, whipping after each egg.

    Add heavy cream and flour, adding small amounts of cream at a time.

    Mix well.

    Spoon in stem (Bundt) cake pan.

    Place in cold oven.

    Turn oven to 325°. Cook 1 1/2 hours.
