- 1 c. butter
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 c. heavy cream (whipping)
- 1/3 tsp. salt
Directions

1Do not preheat oven!

2Cream the butter and sugar.

3Add eggs, one at a time, whipping after each egg.

4Add heavy cream and flour, adding small amounts of cream at a time.

5Mix well.

6Spoon in stem (Bundt) cake pan.

7Place in cold oven.

8Turn oven to 325°. Cook 1 1/2 hours.

9Cool 10 minutes in pan.
