  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 box powdered sugar

Directions

    Mix the first 3 ingredients and press in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over batter.

    Bake at 375° for 10 minutes. Turn down to 325° and bake for 30 minutes.
