- 2 sticks oleo
- 1 box light brown sugar
- 4 eggs, one at a time
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Melt on low heat the oleo and light brown sugar.

2Remove from heat; put in mixing bowl and beat in, in this order: 1/2 cup sugar, 4 eggs (one at a time), flour mixture, vanilla and pecans. Cut into bars while warm and roll in powdered sugar.

3Keeps well in airtight container.
