- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 lb. pork
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 2 c. green beans
- 1 c. onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. green pepper
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar (heaping)
- cornstarch
- hot rice or crisp noodles
Directions

1Cut up chicken breasts and pork; fry in large frypan.

2When brown appears on bottom of pan, add chicken broth, celery, green beans, onion, green pepper, soy sauce and brown sugar.

3Cook for 1/2 hour.

4Thicken slightly with cornstarch.

5Serve over hot rice or crisp noodles.
