- 6 eggs, well beaten
- 4 c. whipping cream
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. butter
Directions

1In a saucepan, warm butter until melted on low heat.

2Remove pan from heat and add the remaining ingredients.

3Mix all ingredients together well.

4Pour into two 9-inch prepared pie shells.

5Cook 10 minutes at 450°, then reduce temperature to 325° and finish baking for 1 hour.

6Pie will be done when custard is set.

7Check with knife by inserting into center of pie and point comes out clean.
