  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. yellow cornmeal
  • 5 well beaten eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 unbaked pastry shell

    Cream butter and sugar; beat in flour and cornmeal.
