  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar until light. Add beaten egg yolks, flour and nuts. Add dry ingredients, vanilla and milk. Put in pastry-lined pie pan. Preheat oven to 325°. Cook about 45 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
