- 5 Tbsp. cream
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. meal
- 1 tsp. vinegar
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add meal and vinegar; cream together until well blended.

3Add eggs, one at a time, and mix well after each addition.

4Add other ingredients and mix well.

5Pour into uncooked pastry shell and bake in a 450° oven for 10 minutes. Turn oven to 325° and cook for 24 minutes or until done.
