  • 3 eggs
  • 5 Tbsp. cream
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. meal
  • 1 tsp. vinegar

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Add meal and vinegar; cream together until well blended.

    Add eggs, one at a time, and mix well after each addition.

    Add other ingredients and mix well.

    Pour into uncooked pastry shell and bake in a 450° oven for 10 minutes. Turn oven to 325° and cook for 24 minutes or until done.
