  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. jumbo shells
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. grated Ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 large Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • purchased spaghetti sauce

    Mix cheeses, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper together until well blended.

    Parboil shells in salted water for 8 to 10 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking to pot; drain in colander. Fill shells at once, using knife.
